The reservation is confirmed upon
receiving the signed rental agreement
and full payment.
Check-In time is after 5pm. The
villa must be vacated by 10.00 am
on the day of departure. If you
need special arrangements, please
let us know and we will be more
than happy to try to accommodate
your needs. You can request early
check-in or late check-out. However,
the request is not guaranteed based
on availability. Late check-out
up to 5pm is normally half day charge
and after 5pm is another full night
charge. Early check-in is possible
will require you to reserve one
night in advance.
The rental rate is for 12 adults.
There will be a charge $1,500/week
for each extra person. In the event
that tenants fail to vacate the
property by the scheduled departure
time, tenant shall pay a surcharge
of twenty percent (20%) of the daily
rental for each hour until tenant
vacates the Property unless otherwise
agreed to in writing by Owner.
A security/damage deposit
of $2,500 will be added to your initial
total. Deposit will be higher for
larger groups and those bringing their
pet(s) along. The deposit is returned
to you as soon as we are able to verify
no damage to the property. One time
cleaning & setup fee of $500.
The owner will not be responsible
for any personal injuries or loss
or theft of any personal items that
renters may suffer during your stay.
We encourage you to enjoy your vacation
to its fullest, while remaining responsible
and sensible. We want you going home
as happy and relaxed as while your
stay.
Garden and pool maintenance-
is included and frequently done very
early in the morning to maximize your
day time enjoyment. If you require
the pool heated, the weekly cost is
$700 to be paid at least one month
prior to your arrival date.
MAID SERVICE - Cleaning
services are performed before your
arrival and after your departure.
You may request additional maid services
for $150/day. This service is for
hotel-type general cleaning and tidying
only; any personal laundry, cooking,
or baby-sitting must be arranged in
advance, and prices set according
to services required. We'll be happy
to book these extra services for you. |
